gateau st honore. it’s a disk of puff pastry with a ring of choux. profiteroles, little cream puffs, are dipped in caramelized sugar and then attached to the ring. filled with chiboust cream which is a mixture of pastry cream and Swiss meringue. topped with chantilly and a garnish from sugar. When an individual dies, his or her physical body dies but the soul either goes to heaven to live eternally with the Lord, or to hell. I don’t want to scare you, because death is not something that should be feared (Psalm 23:4). Jesus prepares a special place in heaven for each of God’s children, and beauty and joy that is unimaginable to earthly beings await us in heaven. God wants each and every one of us to join Him in heaven because He loves each and every one of us so much! And because Jesus died for our sins and was resurrected, we have a path to eternal life in heaven through our belief in and love for Christ.
